Grant Optimal Vision Solutions, LLC completes a Non-Disclosure Agreement and Non-Compete Agreement when they go under contract with any client. All data used to create the solutions and databases you desire belong to you and should be protected at all costs.

 The timeframe for completing your project varies based on the specific requirements and customization needed for your EMR, PM, and data systems. Before we collect any payment, we request information about your systems and goals to provide you with a quote, including the estimated timeframe for your project. 

 Grant Optimal Vision Solutions collects a retainer for any project when we go under contract. If the final project does not meet the client's expectations, we make a fair cost adjustment and are willing to refund the remainder of the client's retainer. 

 Absolutely! Your solutions manager will keep you posted step by step as your project is underway and will make suggestions and request feedback to ensure your final project is something you are completely satisfied with.
